Club Fees
the Club participation fees cover league fees, referee fees, coaching, field maintenance, and administration of the Club.  Club fees are 50% refundable if requested prior to the submission of team rosters to the VYSA (Virginia Youth Soccer Association).  After submission of the team roster to VYSA, club fees will NOT be refunded.  The Board of Directors reserves the right to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Team Fees
This varies from team to team depending on the number of tournaments teams attend.  Team fees cover coach’s hotel room, coach’s meal allowance (at team manager discretion), tournament entry fees, copying, postage, etc.  Parents are responsible for hotel rooms, meals, and travel costs of the player.  The team manager should present parents with a team budget and a financial statement.

Uniform Fees

This fee will cover the players kit.

Club Insurance
The club is insured via VYSA and covers games and practices under the direct supervision of a team official.  This is secondary insurance to cover, within limitations, expenses not covered by an individual’s primary insurance.  If no primary insurance coves an individual, the insurance provided by the Club acts as primary insurance.  Claim forms may be obtained from the club to be completed and returned to the club for processing.  All receipts must accompany claims.
