The Franklin County Youth Soccer Club was established in 1999 to provide training for youth soccer players looking for a higher level of competitive play than recreation soccer along with advanced coaching.  Franklin County Youth Soccer Club is currently a non-profit, self-supporting organization that is operated on participation fees and money collected from fund-raising activities and donations.

From an initial enrollment of 4 team(s), Franklin County Youth Soccer Club has grown to having as many as 100 players registered to play Classic level soccer in the Skyline Club Soccer League.

In addition, Franklin County Youth Soccer Club currently has in place Advanced Academy Development Program that provides 5-10 year olds the opportunity to learn the game of soccer from experienced and licensed coaching staff.
